John Warmath is a late comer to the art world. After completing a thirty year public service career an old friend, artist and art collector Richard Enfantino inspired John to lay down his ball point pen and pick up a paint brush. He took the challenge seriously, continued to be encouraged by his family and friends and soon he was selling his paintings.

John's work reflects his lighthearted, fun loving approach to life, it's beauty and it's mystery. He likes to give reality a little bit of a twist. He loves Southern culture and appreciates the influence it has had on the world through it's art, literature, food, and music. John enjoys traveling and reading, but when he is at home he retreats to the back porch where he reflects, relaxes and puts his ideas on canvas. He continues to be extremely pleased that his art appeals to the young as well as the young at heart.
